Exchange and Refund
All our items are made-to-order, as such, items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for wrong item(s) sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us at hello@freetofeel.sg within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, do note that we will not be responsible for lost/damaged parcel if you choose standard delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
