General Information

Where is freetofeel based and do you have a physical store?

Freetofeel is based in Singapore and we are a fully online store.

How are your PockeTees so comfortable even in the hot and humid weather?

Our PockeTees are a magic ratio of 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex, narrowed down after feeling and trying out multiple grades of cotton. Our top criteria for the material was:

1. Natural cotton

2. Soft and smooth

3. Absorbs and allows sweat to evaporate easily

4. Light weight and breathable but not too see-through (especially for the whites!)

5. Slight stretch for less wrinkles and comfort in movement

6. Strong colour fastness, anti-shrinkage and anti-pillling

The product of our tireless trials and errors is our PockeTees!

How durable is the zipper?

Our zippers may not be branded but we have selected it after tirelessly trying a whole bunch! This one is smooth and matches up to a certain y-branded zipper, easily sliding in, along and out countless times! 

Fun Zipper Fact 1: The zip direction purposefully allows the pocket to be functional. You can store your mahjong money in your Huat Huat Pocket!

Fun Zipper Fact 2: Zipper colours are specifically selected to add a spark to the shirt.

Delivery

What are the delivery options and charges?

Tracked delivery is FREE for all orders (limited time period only). 

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days. Your parcel should reach you within 2-4 working days after your order is processed. 

Please note: Due to the increased demand during this joyful period, there might be slight delays in processing and delivering your orders. 

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number after we have processed your order, and you can track your parcel at easyparcel.com/sg/en/track/.

Do you ship internationally?

We have not started on international delivery. But if you are interested in our products, do contact us and let us know where you are from. It will help us in our planning for international delivery in the near future. 

 

Payment

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Exchange & Refund

I have purchase the wrong item, can I exchange or refund?

All our items are made-to-order, as such, items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for wrong item(s) sent.

I received a wrong/defective item, what should I do?

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us at hello@freetofeel.sg within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards and how long are they valid for?

Yes, we sell E-Gift Cards and you can purchase them hereWe will send it to you via email after you checkout and you can forward it to the person of your choice. Our E-Gift Cards are redeemable online and valid for 1 year after purchase.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still balance remaining on the card.

Can gift cards be exchanged for cash or refunded?

No, gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and any un-utilised value is not refundable.
